Yes. All Lux Label Labs roll labels are wound on 1" or 3" cores and are compatible with this station. BOPP, paper, foil, and thermal transfer rolls all feed cleanly through the tension and peel mechanism. If you have rolls from another supplier, send us the roll specs and we will confirm compatibility.
Does this require electricity or batteries?
No. This is a fully mechanical dispensing station — no power required. The pull-feed mechanism advances labels automatically as you pull each one. It operates anywhere on your floor or table without cords or charging.
What is the maximum label size this station can handle?
The station accommodates labels up to 6" wide with no practical length limit. For very long labels (over 8"), the peel bar angle may need adjustment — contact us and we will walk you through the setup for your specific label dimensions.
Can multiple people share one dispenser on a production line?
Yes, but for high-volume operations we recommend one station per packing position. A single station comfortably serves one operator applying 200–500 labels per hour. If your line runs faster or has multiple simultaneous packers, additional stations eliminate any bottleneck.
Do I still need the Label Application Kit roller if I have this station?
The station handles feeding and peeling — the roller ensures the adhesive is fully seated and air bubbles are eliminated after application.
