Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use paper labels for a product that goes in the fridge?
We don't recommend it. Paper labels are not waterproof and will absorb condensation from refrigerators, causing edge lift, wrinkling, and ink smearing. For any product that is refrigerated, chilled, or gets wet, please choose our White BOPP waterproof labels instead.
Are your paper labels FSC-certified?
Yes, FSC-certified paper stock is available on request. If your retailer or brand standards require sustainability certification, just let us know when placing your order and we'll confirm the FSC chain-of-custody documentation.
What's the minimum order for paper roll labels?
500 labels per SKU. Paper stock is our most cost-effective material, so the per-label price is attractive even at 500 units. At 1,000 and 2,500, the savings become significant — see our Label Bundle listings for pre-priced options.
What file format is needed for my artwork?
Print-ready PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed on all sides and all fonts outlined. Illustrator (.ai) files are also accepted. If you're working from a Word document or PNG, our pre-press team can advise on the best path forward — just send what you have.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
