Will the label look truly invisible on my bottle?
On clear glass and clear PET bottles, the effect is very close to invisible — especially with gloss clear film. For the most convincing no-label look, your design should use minimal white ink and let the background colours be transparent. Our pre-press team can walk you through the design file setup at no charge.
Can I use white ink on clear BOPP labels?
Yes. White ink is printed as a separate layer beneath your design to create opaque areas (like white text or logo backgrounds) on a clear film. This is standard practice and gives you full design control. Just flag this when you submit your artwork.
What containers work best with clear labels?
Clear BOPP adheres to glass, HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, and most rigid plastics. It works best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces. Textured or frosted bottles may require a different adhesive — call us and we'll match the right stock to your container.
What's the minimum order?
500 labels per SKU. Our 1,000-pack and 2,500-pack bundles offer the best per-unit pricing. For new products, we recommend a 500-label test run to confirm the label performs on your specific bottle before scaling up.
How do I set up my design file for clear labels?
Submit a print-ready PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Mark any areas that should be transparent — do not fill them with white. Any area you want opaque (white background for text legibility) should have a white ink layer specified. Our pre-press team reviews every file before print.
