Clean & Align
Wipe the container surface with the microfiber cloth. Set the alignment guide to your label position. Consistent positioning takes seconds once the guide is set.
Peel & Place
Peel the label from the liner. Use the guide to position one edge, then lay the label down with your fingers. No guessing, no repositioning.
Roll & Seal
Run the roller firmly across the label from centre to edges. Finish corners with the squeegee. The adhesive seats fully and air pockets disappear completely.

Will this kit work with tamper-evident and security labels?
Yes, but with care. Tamper-evident labels require a firm, clean application on the first attempt — they cannot be repositioned after contact. Use the alignment guide to position precisely before laying the label down, then roll firmly once. Do not lift and re-apply tamper-evident labels.
Does the alignment guide work on round containers like jars and bottles?
Yes. The alignment guide adjusts to curved containers. For cylindrical containers, it acts as a depth stop so you apply the label at the correct height around the circumference. For very curved surfaces, peel-and-place by hand with the guide as a reference, then roll to seat.
I have large labels (4" × 6" or bigger) — does the roller reach edge to edge?
Our 6" roller covers labels up to 6" wide in a single pass. For labels wider than 6", overlap your roller passes by 1" to ensure full coverage. The squeegee is useful for finishing wide label edges where the roller cylinder can't reach flat against the surface.
Is this kit reusable or a consumable?
The roller, squeegee, and alignment guide are durable tools designed for thousands of applications. The microfiber cloth is washable and reusable. This is a permanent addition to your label application station — not a one-time-use kit.
