How the workflow works (proof-before-print)

• Choose a starting point: buy a product by material, or request a quote for custom specs.
• Upload artwork / share specs: we review files for print-readiness and flag risk points early.
• Approve proof: approval locks the run; changes after approval can trigger re-proofing.
• Production: typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval.

What changes price (and what doesn’t)

• Changes price: size, quantity, material/adhesive, finish, die-cut complexity, number of SKUs, variable data.
• Doesn’t (usually): “adding a couple words” if your layout stays within the same spec and proof cycle.

Spec checklist for the fastest quote

• Size + shape: width × height, corner radius, and whether you need die-cut.
• Quantity + SKUs: how many unique designs and how often they change.
• Surface + environment: glass/plastic/metal, moisture/oils, cold storage, abrasion, chemicals, UV.
• Roll details (if roll labels): core size, unwind position, outer diameter.
• Scan needs: barcode/QR type and any minimum size requirements.
